Training of Trainers is an intensive face–to–face course for teachers facilitated by the coach and international trainer Lhoussine Qasserras and the pedagogical expert Brahim Elouafi during the coming school vacation from July 20th to 24th, 2024.
🌟 Objectives:
Future trainers will develop the knowledge and skills they need to train EFL/ESL teachers in primary, middle, and secondary schools. They learn how to run training sessions, observe teaching, give feedback, and conduct one training workshop for teachers.
🌟 Modules:
1. Introducing training sessions:
They study the principles of adult education, the difference between teaching and training, and the input types.
2. Studying and designing training sessions:
They will get the skills and techniques to plan a practical teacher training workshop.
3. Delivering training sessions:
They will learn how to deliver an effective and productive teacher training workshop.
4. Teacher classroom observation:
They will completely understand the best classroom practices by observing teachers.
5. Giving feedback.
