The Dr. LHOUSSINE QASSERRAS
Dr. Lhoussine Qasserras is the founder of the American TESOL Academy and the Rabat International ELT Conference, and he currently serves as Director of the Global Bus Foundation. After getting his BA, he completed the teacher training program from the School of Teachers at Mohammed V University in Rabat.
Dr. Qasserras holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK, a Master's in Education from Mohammed V University in Rabat, and a PhD in Quality of Teacher Education from the Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra.
He has authored over 18 research articles on education and has designed several comprehensive courses, including the 120-hour TESOL course, available both online and in person, as well as the Train the Trainer (TOT) program.
Throughout his career, Dr. Qasserras has trained and coached professionals across Morocco, Spain, Italy, the UK, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, and Qatar. He has also participated in numerous international conferences focused on teacher and youth empowerment.
In addition to his role at the American TESOL Academy, Dr. Qasserras has taught as an Assistant Professor at ESEF, ENIM, EMI, and Sunderland University. He has led several impactful projects, including Students Got Talents, Peace Education, and Teacher Empowerment
